摘要
从功能集成、信息共享、接口标准化和智能化出发,提出了一种基于全站数字化采样的变压器智能组件整体设计和组屏方案。为了满足变压器智能组件的智能控制、故障诊断等综合应用的需求,设计了一种变压器智能组件主智能电子设备(IED)。主IED由测控IED和监测IED组成,测控IED加强了对变压器三侧的动态、稳态、暂态信息和变压器本体信息的采集。通过可靠的内部通信链路将信息送给监测IED,实现智能组件内部信息共享。介绍了一种变压器本体智能终端的硬件设计方案,实现了变压器设备的数字化测量、智能控制和非电量保护功能的集成设计。
In order to realize the functional integration,information sharing,standardization of interfaces and intelligent of transformer intelligent components(TIC),overall design and assembling schemes of TIC are proposed based on digital sampling in smart substation.In order to meet the needs of intelligent control,fault diagnosis of TIC,a kind of main intelligent electronic device(IED) for transformer is designed,which is composed of observe and control IED as well as monitoring IED.Observe and control IED can collect transformer three sides' dynamic state,steady state,and transient state information,which can be shared by monitoring IED through reliable internal Ethernet.The hardware design scheme of transformer intelligent terminal is introduced,and the digital measurement,intelligent control and non-electric quantity protection functions are realized.
