摘要
目的:研究宝铎草提取物的止咳、祛痰作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为空白、阳性药、乙酸乙酯层提取物高、低剂量(2.5,1.25 g.kg-1)和水层提取液高、低剂量(2.5,1.25 g.kg-1)组,ig给药5 d。采用小鼠氨水引咳实验观察其镇咳作用,小鼠气管段酚红排泌实验观察其祛痰作用。取兔离体气管条,随机分为阳性药组、宝铎草乙酸乙酯层高、中、低剂量(100,10,1.0g.L-1)和水层高、中、低剂量(100,10,1.0 g.L-1)组,采用纤毛运动实验观察其促进纤毛运动作用。结果:宝铎草乙酸乙酯层提取液止咳作用显著(P<0.01);乙酸乙酯层及水层提取物均可影响酚红分泌(P<0.05);乙酸乙酯层及水层提取物高剂量组可明显加快兔离体气管纤毛运动速率(P<0.01)。结论:宝铎草乙酸乙酯层及水层提取物具有止咳、祛痰作用;其止咳作用有效成分主要分布于乙酸乙酯层。
Objective:To study Disporum sessile's effects of anti-cough and anti-sputum.Method:Mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: blank,positive medicine,ethyl acetate layer high,low doses(2.5,1.25 g · kg-1) and water layer high,low doses(2.5,1.25 g · kg-1).Drugs were ig administrated for 5 days.Cough caused by strong ammonia in mice was used to evaluate anti-cough effect.Phenol red applied to trachea in mice was used to observe the efficacy of anti-sputum.Trachea clips isolated from rabbit were randomly divided into groups: positive medicine,ethyl acetate layer low,medium,high doses(100,10,1.0 g · L-1) and water layer high,medium,low doses(100,10,1.0 g · L-1).The model of cilia movement was applied to observe the efficacy of promotion of cilia movement.Result:The ethyl acetate layer showed significant anti-cough effect(P0.01).The phenol red concentration of the water layer was higher than that of the ethyl acetate layerwith no significant difference.High concentration of the ethyl acetate layer and the water layer could obviously quicken the speed of the rabbit's cilia movement.Conclusion:The acetate layer and the water layer extract of Disporum sessile has the effects of anti-cough and anti-sputum.The herb's active ingredients of anti-cough effect mainly exists in ethyl acetate layer.
