骨科常见护理风险及防范措施 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨骨科常见护理风险因素与防范措施。方法针对我院骨科病房常见护理风险进行分析。结果骨科病房常见护理风险因素包括护理人员、管理体制、住院环境与设备、医疗费用4个方面，通过提高骨科护士风险防范意识、完善管理体制、改善住院环境及医疗设备、合理收费，可以有效防范骨科病房常见护理风险。结论通过提高骨科护士风险防范意识，完善管理体制，改善住院环境及医疗设备，合理收费，可以有效地防范骨科病房常见护理风险，提高护理质量及患者的满意度，从而减少护患纠纷。
