运行条件下输电线路载荷能力定值

摘要 为了对运行条件下交流输电线路载荷能力进行在线定值,首先提出了基于扩展潮流的双端口诺顿等值的输电线路变参数等值模型,然后给出了在线推算运行条件下输电线路载荷能力的实用算法。该模型和算法考虑了系统的整体性,体现了互联系统中并行流对输电线路载荷能力的影响,并且通过等值参数的变化反映了系统的非线性及时变性。最后以IEEE39节点系统为例,通过连续潮流验证了该模型和算法的可行性及有效性,并结合威海电网220kV线路,对输电线路载荷能力在线定值进行验证性分析。 For determining the loadability of AC transmission line under operation condition, firstly a variable parameter equivalent model based on dual-port Norton equivalence is proposed in this paper. And then, a practical method is presented for forecasting equivalent parameters and obtaining the loadability of transmission line in real time. The model, which takes the system as a whole, can reflect the effect of the parallel flow on the transmission line's loadability in interconnected system. The equivalent parameters' changing reflects the nonlinearity and time-varying properties of power systems. At last, the feasibility and effectiveness of the equivalent model combined with algorithm are verified by continuous power flow in IEEE-39 system. A real case based on the above model and algorithm is given by determining the loadability of Weihai 220 kV transmission lines under operation conditions.
