Design and Fabrication of Large-area OLED Lighting Devices

摘要 通过串联加并联相结合的照明结构设计,实现大面积OLED照明器件发光的均匀性,采用厚膜工艺降低颗粒造成的短路失效几率,成功制备了7″OLED照明器件。 Large-area OLED lighting devices offering uniform illumination are realized through the series and parallel combination design. The probability of short circuit failure caused by particles is reduced by virtue of thick film process. Finally, 7"OLED lighting devices are successfully achieved.
