摘要
本文从张楚廷先生的大学思考与实践出发,探寻大学校长的人格范式:去官本位化是大学校长人格范式的起点;在形上的大学世界里求取大学之真,是校长人格的眼睛;在现实的大学世界里抓住大学事务的核心,也就是人才,是校长人格的灵魂;在现实的社会中保持必要的独立,是校长人格的基石。
The paper explores the ideal personality of the ideas and practices of Mr. ZHANG Chu-ting. formation of university president on the basis The ideal personality formation of university president begins with president fs neglect of his own official position. The president then attaches great importance to the teaching, cultivating and learning of students, and believes it to be the tiptop of university ideals. Meanwhile, he puts great effort into the construction of teaching faculty. Last, but nut the least, he strives to maintained some distance from the real society.
