摘要
分析了国外高校科技成果转化的主要做法及特征,在借鉴和学习国外高校科技成果转化成功经验的基础上,提出了一系列旨在促进我国高校科技成果转化的具体建议和对策。
The essay makes an analysis on main practice and characteristics of transformation of sci - tech achievements in colleges overseas, and then on the basis of reference and learning successful experience of transformation of sci - tech achievements in colleges overseas, the author puts forth a series of suggestions and countermeasures to promote the trans- formation of sci - tech achievements.
