摘要
目的观察自拟镇咳汤配合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法将70例确诊支原体肺炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予中药镇咳汤治疗,2个疗程后观察患儿疗效及临床症状、体征消失时间,随访6个月并复查血清肺炎支原体IgM抗体。结果观察组总有效率为100.0%,治愈率为65.7%,热退时间为(3.04±1.25)d,咳嗽消失时间为(7.68±2.35)d,肺部啰音消失时间为(8.16±2.47)d,复发率为8.5%;对照组总有效率为85.7%,治愈率为45.7%,热退时间为(4.60±2.05)d,咳嗽消失时间为(11.73±4.62)d,肺部啰音消失时间为(12.34±4.72)d,复发率为25.7%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组明显优于对照组。结论镇咳汤配合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎可较快改善病情,缩短病程,减少复发率。
Objective To observe clinical effect of antitussive soup in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods Seventy cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with azithromycin treatment, and the observation group was treated with antitussive decoction on the basis of the control group. Then the effect, the disappeared time of the clinical symptoms and signs were observed after 2 course of treatment. And the serum mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibodies were follow-up visited in 6 mouths. Results In the observation group, effective rate was 100.0%, cure rate was 94.3%, heat back time was （3.04±1.25） d, cough disappeared time was （7.68±2.35） d, lung sound disappear time was （8.16±2.47） d, recurrence rate was 8.5%. In the control group, effective rate was 85.7%, cure rate was 45.7%, heat back time was （4.60±2.05） d, cough disappeared time was （11.73±4.62） d, lung sound disappear time was （12.34±4.72） d, recurrence rate was 25.7%. Above indexes in the observation group were better than those in control group （P 0.05）. Conclusion The antitussive soup with azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia can quickly improve disease, shorten the duration of symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.
