Crystaleye分光光度比色仪与比色板在前牙铸瓷修复中应用对比研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:比较Vitapan 3D-Master比色板和Crystaleye分光光度比色仪选色法在前牙铸瓷修复体中的应用效果。方法:采用Vitapan 3D-Master比色板和Crystaleye分光光度比色仪分别对235例前牙牙体缺损选择铸瓷全冠修复的病例进行比色。修复后,用Crystaleye分光光度比色仪对各组修复体和比色参照的天然牙进行测色,计算每组修复体与天然牙的总色差(△E)和患者满意度。结果:对照组(Vitapan 3D-Master比色板)与试验组(Crystaleye分光光度比色仪)的△E分别为(4.58±0.45)NBS和(1.25±0.68)NBS,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的医、患满意度均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Crystaleye分光光度比色仪与Vitapan 3D-Master比色板相比可以为铸瓷全冠修复体提供更佳的比色参考。 Objective: To make a study on the differences between Crystaleye colorimeter and Vitapan 3D-Master Shade Matching,and to discuss the effect of different methods applied in foundry-ceram restoration.Methods:235 patients who planned to receive foundry-ceram restoration received color match using Vitapan 3D-Master Shade guide and Crystaleye colorimeter.The color of the restoration and the control tooth(which was the reference one of the natural tooth),was measured and analyzed by Crystaleye.Then we calculated total color differences(△E) between the reference tooth and the restoration tooth.We also recorded the patient satisfaction rate.Results: Compared the results from control and experimental groups,△E rate was respectively(4.58±0.45) NBS and(1.25±0.68) NBS.And the difference between them was statistically signifcant.The satisnatural faction of dentists and patients to experimental groups were higher than to the control groups(P 〈0.05).Conclusion: Crystaleye colorimeter can provide more accurate reference for foundry-ceram restoration than Vitapan 3D-Master Shade guide.
