摘要
实施少数民族本科生导师制是少数民族人才培养的一项重要举措,是民族教学改革的一个新的尝试,它有利于少数民族学生综合素质的提高。在已进行的少数民族本科生导师制的实践中,一些高校已经制定了切实可行的管理制度,实行了规范化的管理,但还存在着部分教师认识模糊、导师的考核监督机制不健全等问题。今后应尽快健全导师遴选机制,明确考评制度,进一步提高导师的综合素质。
Implementation of ethnic minority undergraduate tutorial system is not only an important measure of ethnic minority personnel training, but also a new attempt of the ethnic minority teaching reform, which is conducive to improving the overall quality of ethnic minority students. In previous practice of ethnic minority undergraduate tutorial system, some colleges and uni- versities have developed a practical management system and carried out standardized management. However, there are still prob- lems such as teachers' vague awareness and imperfect tutorial assessment and supervision mechanism. Therefore, it is of significance to establish a sound tutor selection mechanism as soon as possible to make clear appraisal system and further improve the overall quality of the tutors.
