中国市场一体化进程的影响机制分析——基于地区性行政垄断的视角被引量：5

摘要以产品市场为例,借鉴战略性贸易政策和区域贸易自由化的相关理论,研究地区性行政垄断对国内市场一体化的内在影响机制。研究发现,地方政府在区际贸易中的行为选择机制是国内市场一体化进程中最重要的机制之一。只要地方政府通过行政垄断行为在区域市场间设置壁垒的成本不高,地方政府总是倾向于借助垄断行为追求辖区利益的最大化。地方政府行政垄断行为所面临的实施成本取决于中央政府促进区域市场一体化的政策力度、对地方政府行为有效甄别的能力以及相应的惩罚措施,同时也取决于市场机制的完善程度。
