手术治疗不稳定型轻微Lisfranc损伤27例初期疗效分析 被引量：1

摘要 轻微Lisfranc损伤定义为无明显骨折或分离征象的跖跗关节损伤，其诊断困难，通常被当作中足扭伤处理。如果不稳定型轻微Lisfranc损伤不能被确诊，初期没有得到正确的治疗，会导致明显的并发症。我院自2007-06至2010-06共收治不稳定型轻微Lisffanc损伤27例，对其一期行切开复位内固定术治疗，疗效满意。
