摘要
当前部分大学生情商低下,主要表现为抗挫能力不强、交往能力有限、合作能力不足、幸福指数不高、责任意识欠缺、自控能力低下。在大学生情商教育中存在以下问题与不足:教育定位偏差,重智商轻情商;教育内容零散,体系规划虚无;情商师资匮乏,施教力量软弱;手段方式陈旧,教育实效低下。要提高大学生的情商,高校必须转变大学生情商教育的现实路径:转变教育观念,重视情商教育;丰富教育内容,构建教育体系;整合优质资源,强化教育合力;创新方式方法,务求教育实效;建设校园文化,创设教育情境。
At present some college students have low EQ whose main forms are weak ability to resist frus- tration, limited ability to make friends, inadequate cooperation ability, low index of happiness, lack of re- sponsibility consciousness and low self-control ability. There are following problems and weaknesses in college students'EQ education such as the deviation of education orientation, emphasis on IQ instead of EQ, fragmentary education contents, void system plan, lack of EQ teachers, weak education, old methods and low education efficacy. In order to improve the EQ of college students, institutions for higher educa- tion must change the EQ education ways by changing education concept, attaching importance to EQ edu- cation, enriching education content, constructing education system, integrating optimal resources, strengthening education cooperation, innovating methods, seeking education effect and construct campus culture to create education situation.
