摘要
文章提出一种基于MMA7455的抽油机加速度采集系统的设计,由于井场环境复杂,干扰信号较多,文章采用硬件滤波和算法滤波相结合的方式,较大程度地抑制井场的噪声干扰。测量的加速度再经过双重积分,得到位移,进而得到抽油机每次的冲程。
This paper presents a system design which collect acceleration based on the MMA7455, Due to the complexity of the well field environment, Many interfering signals, This paper adopts a combination of hardware filtering and algorithms filtering, Greatly restrain location of the noise. It gets displacement when measurement of the acceleration and then through the double integral, Then get the each of the stroke of the pumping.
