摘要
在分析宁夏红寺堡扬黄灌区水资源量和用水现状的基础上,结合灌区发展规划,分别对灌区渠道防渗衬砌、种植结构调整、田间高效节水灌溉技术推广、田间节水灌溉定额的应用、加强灌区管理等措施的节水潜力进行了分析,并对灌区不同节水措施集成情况下的节水潜力进行了测算。节水潜力不是几种节水措施潜力的简单累积,建设不同的节水工程节水潜力不同;灌区通过节水工程改造挖掘的水资源潜力,应通过水权转换优先用于工业发展,并应严格控制新增灌溉面积。
Based on the analysis of water resources and status of water-use in Hongsipu irrigation area, combined with development planning, this paper estimated and analyzed the water-saving potentials under various water-saving measures, such as channel seepage prevention, planting struc- ture adjustment, extension of water-saving irrigation technologies, application of field water-saving irrigation quota and management intensification in irrigation area, and so on. The comprehensive water-saving potential is not a simple accumulation of different water-saving potentials from several measures. Different water-saving engineering may mean different water-saving potentials. Meanwhile, the water-saving potentials gotten from water saving engineering modification should be offered to rather water right transfer than industry development. Moreover and new irrigation area should be strictly controlled.
