摘要
对科研基金申报项目进行初步评估和筛选 ,是高校科研管理部门的主要工作之一。为此 ,我们在探讨了评估体系的设计原则后 ,就其评价指标体系、评估的基本思想、评估过程及步骤进行论述 ,还阐述了项目筛选和分类等 。
Preliminary assessment and screening of project proposals for research funds is one of the major tasks facing the department of research management in institutions of higher learning. For this reason, the authors, after discussing the principles in designing the assessment system, give an account of the index system, the basic concept, the process and the steps of such assessment. They also illustrate ways of screening and classifying project proosals so as to guide the work of research funds application.
