摘要
骨关节炎又称骨关节病、退行性关节炎和增生性关节炎等。我们通常所说的骨刺、骨质增生、颈椎病、髌骨软化、腰椎病等都属于骨关节炎的范畴。它的主要病理改变为软骨退行性变性和消失，以及关节韧带附着处和软骨下骨质反应性增生形成骨赘，并由此引起关节疼痛、僵直、畸形和功能障碍。
