基于BP神经网络的裂缝性地层压力预测方法 被引量:3

摘要 地层压力是钻井设计与施工的基础参数,地层压力的准确预测对于优质高效安全钻井、减少井下复杂情况、保护油气层、固井、完井等方面都具有十分重要的意义。裂缝性地层由于地层不均匀,压实程度较低,致使地层压力检测容易失准。基于人工神经网络理论,以四川普光油田某区块多口井的碳酸盐岩地层测井数据和实测地层参数为数据样本,通过调用MATLAB人工神经网络工具箱中的BP模块,选取泥质含量、孔隙度、声波波速及含气饱和度共4个因素作为特征量,进行地层压力预测,结果表明这种方法是可行的。
