氮、磷加富对条斑紫菜生长及生化组成的影响 被引量:15

Effects of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Enrichment on Growth and Biochemical Composition of Laver Porphyra yezoensis

摘要 研究了氮、磷加富条件下条斑紫菜生长、光合作用、光合色素和生化组成的变化。试验结果表明,单独添加氮时可促进组织氮的积累,包括游离氨基酸、藻红蛋白和藻蓝蛋白在内的可溶性蛋白的合成,降低可溶性糖的含量。但对生长、最大光合作用、叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素含量无显著影响。单独添加磷时,显著促进生长和光合作用,增加细胞内可溶性糖的含量。但对各光合色素、组织氮、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白的合成无显著影响。同时加富氮和磷时,除显著降低可溶性糖的含量外,对其他各项指标均有显著的促增长影响,其中游离氨基酸和藻红蛋白的含量增加尤为突出。试验还揭示了条斑紫菜生长与光合作用、组织氮与可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性蛋白含量与游离氨基酸含量、叶绿素a含量与其他色素含量之间正相关关系,以及可溶性蛋白含量与可溶性糖含量之间负相关关系。这些结果表明,同时解除氮、磷限制,可以促进条斑紫菜快速生长,同时也有利于提升条斑紫菜的品质。 The growth, photosynthesis, and some biochemical compositions were investigated in laver Porphyra yezoensis under enrichment of nitrogen and phosphorus. The results showed that when there were significant increase in accumulation of tissue N including free amino acid, phycobiliprotein and soluble protein, and reduction of soluble sugar in the laver enriched by only N, but there were not significant effects on the growth, photosynthesis and the contents of chlorophyll a and carotenoid. Moreover, when P were supplied only there were significant effects on the growth, photosynthesis and the accumulation of sugar, but there were no significant effects on pigment contents, tissue N, free amino acid and soluble protein. However, when N and P were simultaneously supplied, except soluble sugar content, the biochemical compositions were almost enhanced, especially the free amino acid and phycoerythrin contents. The significant positive correlations among photosynthesis and growth, tissue N and soluble protein, free amino acid and soluble protein, Chl a and other pigments were found, and the significant negative correlations between soluble protein and soluble sugar were shown in the laver. These findings indicate that relief of limit of N and P at the same time can promote growth rapidly and be conducive to quality enhancement of the laver.
