摘要
为了加强大学生实践能力和创新精神的培养,科技课外活动是实践教学的有效途径,大学生自主管理开放实验室就是这一途径的实现平台,通过课外科技活动可加强大学生的素质培养、动手能力、团队精神、就业竞争力,特别是在创新能力方面。可是随着参与的学生人数越来越多,课外科技活动也受到了场地、设备、经费及管理等方面的限制,制约了这项活动的顺利开展。现结合全国大学生电子设计竞赛,配合西安科技大学的大学生课外科技活动的开展,建立了以电工电子实验教学中心为依托,科技创实验室为平台,创新实验班为主体的电工电子类专业大学生的课外科技活动的体系。针对10年的实践和总结,阐述了在开放创新实验室的建设、管理、经费方面的具体经验,同时,提出了进一步发展开放创新实验室所存在的问题和不足。
Technological extracurricular activity is an effective way of practice teaching to enhance the cultivation of students＇ practical ability and creative spirit,and open laboratory of college students＇ autonomous management is the platform to realize the objective.The platform can enhance the quality training,practical ability,teamwork,employability and competitiveness and innovative ability of students.With the increasing number of students who participate in the activity,the technological extracurricular activity can not satisfy students＇ need because of the restrictions from space,equipment,funding and management.Taking advantage of the National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest and taken into consideration the technological extracurricular activity of Xi＇an University of Science Technology,an extra-curricular activity system was established,with the innovative experimental class and the electronic and the electro-technical major as the main part,based on the electronic and electro-technical experiment teaching center and technology innovation laboratory.In view of the past the practice and research in the past ten years,the specific experience of innovation laboratory construction,management,and fund-raising were described,and at the same time,the problems in further development of open innovation laboratory were proposed.
