摘要
以铣车复合加工中心立柱为研究对象,通过对机床铣削工况的描述,确定立柱产生最大载荷的位置,并着重介绍在极限进给切削状态下机床立柱工作载荷的计算方法。
Taking the vertical column of milling - turning processing machining cente as a example, according to the description of the milling working condition, confirm the location of the maximum load on the vertical column. Highlighted the calculation method of working load of the vertical column in the limit feed.
