摘要
通过静态和动态相结合的方法,以邻氨基苯甲酸的吸附率、解吸率为指标,优化大孔树脂纯化大青叶提取液中有机酸的工艺参数。结果表明,大孔树脂X-5对邻氨基苯甲酸的吸附为快速平衡型,适宜的吸附条件为大青叶提取液上样浓度0.18 mg/mL,静态吸附时间3 h,pH 4;体积分数65%的乙醇作洗脱剂洗脱效果较好。
The purification conditions of anthranilic acid from Folium Isatidis extract were optimized by the combination of static and dynamic method,with the adsorption rate and desorption rate of anthranilic acid as indicators.The results showed that the adsorption and desorption of X-5 resin belonged to the fast balanced model.The optimum adsorption techniques were concentration of Folium Isatidis extract,0.18 mg/mL;adsorption time,3 h;pH 4.Good desorption effiecient could be obtained if using 65% ethanol solution(volume fraction) as eluent.
