摘要
针对城乡结合部交通事故多发,特别是恶性交通事故率较高,交通安全环境恶化的趋势,以哈尔滨市某区为例,根据交通参与者、道路环境、交通流、交通管理与近年来交通事故等特点,利用安全管理理论,结合道路交通安全主要影响因素,建立城乡结合部交通安全评价指标体系。通过熵修正的网络层次分析法,进行非线性综合评价,从而实现对城乡结合部交通安全的科学评价。
For the accident-prone trend in the rural-urban continuum, especially malignant high accidents rate, traffic safety environment deteriorated. In this paper, taking Harbin as an example, based on the traffic participants, road conditions, traffic flow, traffic management and traffic accidents in recent years, etc. , use of safety management theory, combined with the main factors affecting road traffic safety, traffic safety evaluation index system in the rural-urban continuum is established. It uses amended the entropy of ANP to achieve the non-linear comprehensive evaluation, and traffic safety scientific evaluation in the rural-urban continuum.
