摘要
提出一种无蓄电池的光伏直接驱动的蒸汽压缩式制冷系统,由太阳能光伏阵列、DC/DC变换器、无刷直流电机、可变转速压缩机、风冷冷凝器、电子膨胀阀、蒸发器、水泵等组成。为了分析该光伏蒸汽压缩式制冷系统的性能,建立包含上述关键部件的详细数学模型并进行仿真计算。根据仿真结果分析环境温度、太阳辐射强度和冷水出水温度等变量对光伏制冷系统性能的影响。仿真结果表明,在某些工况条件下,光伏蒸汽压缩式制冷系统的总效率可大于1。该模型可用于预测不同运行条件下光伏蒸汽压缩式制冷系统的制冷量、COP、压缩机转速及系统总效率等性能参数。
A battery-free photovoltaic refrigeration system powered by solar array directly was suggested. The PV refrigeration system consists of solar array, DC/DC converter, brushless DC motor, variable speed compressor, condenser, electronic expansion valve and evaporator. To analyze the performance of the system, a detailed model including all the components was developed and numerically simulated. From the simulation results, the effects of ambient temperature, solar radiation and cold water temperature on the performance of the refrigeration system were shown and analyzed. The simulation results show that under certain conditions the system efficiency is greater than 1. 0. The model could be used to predict the cooling capacity, COP, compressor speed, and system efficiency for a real photovoltaic refrigeration system operated in various conditions.
