摘要
随着现代化建设事业的发展 ,对岩层的施工已引起了人们的关注。本文结合对岩土的切削试验 ,验证采用超高频振动所产生的效果。通过试验表明 ,当振动频率与被切削材料的固有频率接近时 ,振动切削效率高 ,切削阻力小 ;增大振幅对降低切削阻力有效 ;
Rock digging causes people′s attention with the development of modern construction.This paper confirms the effect of vibration with super high frequency through the test of rock cutting.The test proves that vibration cutting efficiency is high and cutting resistance force is small when the vibration frequency is nearly equal to the natural frequency of cutting material.Cutting resistance force lowers as amplitude reduces.When vibration direction changes,the cutting resistance force also lowers.
