摘要
合理设计挖掘机混合动力系统部件装机功率不仅可以满足挖掘机动力性能和操纵性能的需要,而且有助于降低动力系统各部件的装机功率.分析了混合动力系统各部件间的能量传递过程,查明了柴油机用于直接拖动负载的输出功率对混合动力系统部件装机功率的作用规律,提出了挖掘机混合动力部件装机功率设计方法,给出了混合动力系统各部件装机功率的计算公式.以7T混合动力挖掘机为例,对其混合动力系统各部件的装机功率进行了计算.计算结果表明:所提出的设计方法可用于混合动力系统各部件装机功率的计算;所提出的设计方法可用于不同结构混合动力系统部件装机功率的设计.
Rational design of power system units" parameters can meet the requirements of hybrid excavator power performance and operation performance It also can decrease the installed powers of power system u- nits. The process of energy transfer of hybrid power system units" is analyzed. The action law of diesel en- gine output power with installed powers of power system units is obtained, which i~ used to drive load di- rectly. Installed power design method of excavator hybrid power system units is proposed and calculation equations of power system units" installed power are proposed. Installed powers of 7T excavator power sys- tem units are calculated. Calculation results show that the proposed method can realize calculation of in- stalled power of power system units and the method can be used to hybrid power system with different structures.
