摘要
目的探讨依达拉奉联合纳洛酮治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择2009年2月～2012年2月在本院神经内科住院治疗的132例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者给予卧床休息、低盐饮食、低流量吸氧及依达拉奉注射液等治疗,而实验组患者则在上述治疗的基础上加用纳洛酮对其进行治疗,比较对照组和实验组患者14d后的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果对照组患者临床总有效率为63.64%,明显低于实验组的84.85%,对照组和实验组患者治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.765,P<0.05),且对照组和实验组患者在不良反应发生上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论纳洛酮联合依达拉奉治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床疗效确切,不良反应少,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of naloxone combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods One hundred and thirty-two patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in the depart- ment of neurology of our hospital from February 2009 to February 2012 were chosen as subjects, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was given the treatment of staying in bed, low salt diet, low flow oxygen and edaravone injection, and so on, while the patients of experimental group were added with naloxone on basis of the above treatment. The clinical effects and adverse reactions after treatment for 14 days of the patients between control group and experimental group were compared. Results The total effective rate of patients in the control group was 63.64%, which was significantly lower than 84.85% of the experimental group, there was statistically significant difference of the to- tal effective rate between the control group and experimental group （x2 = 7.765, P 〈 0.05）, and there were no statistically significant difference of adverse reactions between control group and experimental group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Naloxone combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke has definite therapeutic effect and less adverse reac- tions, which is worthy of promotion.
