摘要
对中石化天津分公司芳烃联合装置抽提单元的腐蚀现状进行分析与研究,利用弱碱性树脂对环丁砜贫溶液进行再生净化,消除了抽提系统溶剂环丁砜中氯离子与硫酸根的积累。根据试验结果完成了工业化应用,达到减少装置设备氯腐蚀与酸性腐蚀、实现设备安全稳定运行的目的。
The corrosion status in sulfolane extraction unit of aromatic complex in SINOPEC Tianjin division was investigated and analyized. Weak alkaline resin has been used to remove the accumulated chloride ions and sulphate ions in this system. Reduced equipment corrosion resulted from both chloride ions and acid radical has been achieved and now the equipment can be opreated steadily and safely.
