肺表面活性物质和机械通气相关性肺损伤的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 肺表面活性物质(Ps)能降低液一气界面的表面张力,减少呼吸作功:机械通气是许多外科干预治疗的手段.但也能增加或加重已有的肺部损伤.导致肺过度膨胀并伴随PS异常及炎症改变。1PS的结构与功能1.1PS的结构特征PS主要来源于肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞(alveolartypeⅡepithelialcells,AECⅡ),PS是一个由类脂和蛋白质组成的复合物,其脂质成分中的80%~85%为磷脂。
