摘要
从影响现有自动扶梯测量仪性能不够稳定,功能不够完善,操作尚且复杂等因素出发,提出一种基于Freescale S12X系列MCU双通道、多参数自动扶梯测量仪的设计方案。设计通过光电式旋转编码器获取测量参数信息,MCU处理后经由12864液晶显示屏显示的方法实现测量。研究结果表明,设计成的测量仪能够对自动扶梯的运行速度、加速度、梯级与扶带的同步率及制停距离几个重要参数进行自动检测,测量误差及分辨率均符合自动扶梯新的国家标准GB16899—2011之要求。
By considering the existing measurements with instability performances, incomplete functions and complicated operations,this thesis proposes a design proposal of Freescale S12X series MCU-based, portable, double-channeled and multi-parameter detecting system for auto-escalator. The design handles parameter information which obtained through optical encoder by MCU,then displays results by the LCD]2864. The experimental data indicates that the measurement can detect the speed,acceleration, stair/handrail synchronization and stopping distance automatically. The inaccuracy and resolution ratio agree well with the new National Standard GB 16899 2001 for elevator.
