摘要
介绍法国提出的安宁绿波带原理及其在几个城市中的应用情况 ,并对其对交通安全和环境的有益影响进行了评价 ,最后简要论述了安宁绿波带对我国城市干线控制的现实意义。
This paper has introduced the principle of Calming Green Waves proposed by the French and its implementation in several cities. Its beneficial effects on traffic safety and environment are evaluated Finally the practical significance that Calming Green Waves brings to our city arterial traffic control is expounded.
