摘要
测定了DIN1 6MnCr5齿轮钢钢锭急冷层的高温机械性能 ,发现该钢急冷层在 840℃具有 89N/mm2 ,75 0℃具有 1 0 4N/mm2 的强度 加Ti后可明显提高高温强度和塑性 钢锭在红送过程中产生的内应力 ,可促发“网状的奥氏体”
High temperature mechanical behavior of chill layer of steel DIN16MnCr5 was measured.The strength of chill layer is 89 N/mm 2 at 840 ℃, and 104 N/mm 2at 750 ℃.High temperature strength and plastic behavior are improved obviously by the presence of Ti.The internal stress,produced in hot charging process,can cause microcracks in the network austenite,and the microcracks can spread and craze on the surface of ingot.
