摘要 为满足煤矿井下生产一线与应急救灾的环境监测需要,文章以井下WIFI无线网络建设为基础,设计了一种融入视频监控技术和传感器监测技术的感知节点;该节点采用嵌入式Linux操作系统和TMS320DM365处理器作为软硬件平台,能够实现视频信息的采集、H.264压缩及传输,以及甲烷、加速度、温度等信息的采集与传输功能;测试结果表明,在1Mbps带宽下,节点可以提供PAL制式(分辨率720*576,帧率25fps)的实时视频信息;利用感知节点可以对井下多维环境信息进行实时监测,为煤矿安全生产与灾后救援监控提供有力保障。 To satisfy the production line and the environmental monitoring of emergency relief in the environment of underground mine, this paper designed a perceptible node with video surveillance technology and sensing technology, which based on the construction of under ground WIFI wireless network. This node selected embedded Linux operating system and TMS320DM365 processor as its hardware and soft ware platform, allowed video collecting, H. 264 compression and transmission control. Additionally, the node had the collection and trans mission functions of methane, acceleration, temperature and other information. The test results suggested that the node can provide real time video information of PAL (resolution of 720 * 576, frame rate of 25fps) under 1Mbps bandwidth. Perceptible node could monitor the multi dimensional environmental information underground and provide strong support for safe mine production and disaster relief mnnito ring.
