摘要
近年来,随着剖宫产率的逐年升高,剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠的发病率也呈上升趋势,因其总体发病率低,发病机制尚不清楚。目前关于剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的诊断与治疗仍无统一标准。该文就剖宫产瘢痕妊娠诊断及治疗方面的进展进行阐述。
Recently, the rate of caesarean scar preg- nancy（CSP） tends to increase with the increasing of caesarean section rates. The pathogenesis is still un- clear due to the low overall morbidity. At present, there is no gold standard of diagnosis and treatment for CSP. Here we conclude the research progress of diagnosis and treatment about CSP.
