Literature review of the current status of clinical nursing specialists'training in China

摘要 目的:研究临床专科护士培训现状和存在的问题,为更好地开展专科护士培训提供依据,为专科护士的发展提供参考。方法:应用文献分析法分析2001-2011年专业期刊发表的与专科护士培训有关的文章,分析类别包括文献发表年限和收录期刊情况、专科护士的界定、培训领域、培训地点、培训期限、培训对象选拔条件、培训内容、认证机构、存在的不足。结果:共纳入符合标准的文章102篇,培训领域主要集中在ICU、糖尿病、手术室、急诊急救方面,培训期限大多为2~6个月,培训对象多要求大专学历并有一定的工作年限,培训内容主要集中在专科理论和专科技能方面。存在的问题主要有师资问题,学员层次参差不齐,无统一的专门培训,缺乏权威的认证机构和认定标准,专科护士的角色和护士长的角色有重叠等。结论:我国专科护士培训已经在全国展开,但仍然存在一些问题,有待于改进和实践。 Objectives: To describe the current status and existing problems of clinical nursing specialists'training in China and to provide references for nursing specialists'training and development. Methods: We reviewed the articles about nursing specialists' training in China from 2001-2011.Inductive content analysis was used to analyze and categorize the data. Categories included artMes'publishing year and publishing Journals, definition of nursing specialists; training area, training location, training time, qualification of the candidates, training content, certification authority, and existing problems.Results: We recruited 102 articles for literature review. Training areas of nursing specialists focused on ICU, diabetes, operating room, and emergency care. Most training lasted 2-6 months. The candidates of training were expected to have certain working experience and college diploma. Training content focused on theory and skills of specific nursing. The existing problems were teacher's level, different level of students using the same training plan, no uniform training, lacking certification authority and standard,overlapping roles of nursing spcialists and head nurses, and so on. Conclusions:Nursing specialists'training have been carried out in the whole country, but further improvement and practice are needed to solve the existing problems.
