摘要
[目的]为研究"辐照+低温冷藏"处理对龙眼鲜果贮藏期及其对果实品质变化的影响,以期达到延长龙眼果实贮藏期并调节市场的目的。[方法]试验采用0、0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5、0.6 kGy共7个不同辐照剂量处理龙眼鲜果并将其置于3~4℃低温冷藏,研究辐照处理后低温冷藏对龙眼贮藏期和品质变化的影响。[结果]不同辐照剂量处理龙眼鲜果后,贮藏期可达41 d,并能有效地降低龙眼果实贮藏期间的失重率并提高好果率。其中,以0.4 kGy剂量辐照处理效果最好。与对照相比,失重率降低了49.10%,好果率提高了19.93%。[结论]0.4 kGy低剂量辐照处理结合低温贮藏可作为龙眼果实贮藏保鲜的一种推荐方法。
[Objective] To study the effects of irradiation + low temperature storage treatment on the quality and storage period of longan,with the aim to extend its storage period and regulate the market.[Method] Under 3-4 ℃ low temperature,seven different dose treatments of 0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5 and 0.6 kGy were used in this experiment to study their effects on the quality and storage period of longan.[Result] The storage period of longan can up to 41 days with the weight loss rate effectively reduced and good fruit rate improved after different radiation dose treatments.Among them,0.4 kGy dose radiation treatment was the best.Compared with the control,the rate of weight loss was decreased by 49.10%,the rate of good fruit was increased by 19.93%.[Conclusion]The treatment of 0.4 kGy low dose irradiation combined with low temperature storage can be a recommended method to be used in longan storage.
