摘要
根据磁力研磨加工的特点,结合数控技术,介绍了模具表面的光整加工工艺。主要分析研究了该工艺的工作原理、加工特点、工艺参数,并进行了工艺实践,证实了模具表面应用磁力研磨工艺进行光整加工的可行性和优越性。
According to the characteristics of magnetic grinding, combined with CNC technology, a kind of finishing machining technology for die surface is introduced in this article. The operating principle, machining characteristics and process parameters of this technology are mainly analyzed. The feasibility and superiority of the die surface finishing machining technology using magnetic grinding process are verified.
