摘要
目的探讨缺血修饰蛋白(IMA)与脑梗死患者血脂的关系。方法采用ELISA法测定86例脑梗死患者(病例组)和100例正常健康人群(对照组)血清中IMA水平,并测定血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平。比较各组血清IMA和血脂水平,并分析脑梗死患者中两者的相关关系。结果病例组血清IMA水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,病例组血清TC、TG和LDL-C升高,而HDL-C降低(P<0.01)。脑梗死患者血清IMA与TC、TG、LDL-C存在正相关,而与HDL-C存在负相关(P<0.01)。结论脑梗死患者IMA水平增高,并与血脂浓度关系密切,IMA很有可能成为脑梗死早期诊断的指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between ischemia modified albumin (IMA) and lipid levels in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Serum IMA levels were determined by ELISA. TC, LDL-C, HDL-C and TG levels were determined biochemically in 86 patients with cerebral infarction (CI group) and 100 healthy people (control group). Results Serum IMA level was significantly higher in CI group than that in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Additional ly, serum TC, LDL-C and TG increased significantly, while serum HDL-C decreased significantly in CI group compared to control group ( P 〈0.01 ). There was a positive correlation between serum IMA level and serum TC, LDL and TG levels in cerebral infarction patients ( P 〈 0.01 ). Serum IMA level was negatively correlated with serum HDL level ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Serum IMA increases following an cerebral infarction event and is closely related to changes in blood lipid levels. These features, when combined, may allow the development of molecular markers for more timely diagnosis of cere bral infarction.
