微小核糖核酸与肝癌关系研究

摘要 微小核糖核酸(microRNA,miRNA)是一类内源性非蛋白编码的单链小分子RNA,长度约为22个核苷酸,通常在转录后水平调节基因的表达。近期的研究表明miRNA具有癌基因和抑癌基因的作用。miRNA的作用涉及细胞的分化、发育、增殖、凋亡等各个方面,在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中起到重要作用。
