摘要
目的:观察中医辨证治疗对严重脓毒血症患者的治疗效果。方法:将符合脓毒血症诊断标准的106例患者随机分为两组,对照组50例,给予常规治疗;治疗组56例,在常规治疗基础上加用中医辨证治疗7天,观察两组患者治疗前后的体温(T)、心率(HR)、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞率(N)、血小板计数(PLT),并检测炎症因子TNF、IL-6、IFN-γ,IL-4值的变化。结果:两组治疗后比较,治疗组患者的T、HR、WBC、N、PLT与对照组比较有显著性改善(P<0.05)。炎症因子TNF、IL-6、IFN-γ,IL-4值与对照组比较有显著性降低(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗可能通过调控机体炎症反应过程,较早地阻断了SIRS向MODS发展。临床上用于治疗严重脓毒血症具有良好的效果。
Objective ： To observe the curative effect in severe sepsis patients treated according to syndrome differenti- ation of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）. Methods ：106 severe sepsis patients were allocated in the control group（n = 50） treated with conventional method of western medicine, and the TCM - treated group （ n = 56 ） treated according to syndrome differentiation of TCM based on the conventional western medicine. The body temperature （T） , heart rate （HR）, white blood cell count（ WBC ）, neutrophil ratio, platelet count （PLT）, serum tumor necrosis tactor -α （TNF -α）, Interleukin （IL） - 4, IL - 6 and IFN - α were determined before treatment and 7 days after treatment. Results ： After treat- ment,the T, HR, WBC, N and PLT in treatment group were significantly improved than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And at the same time, the TNF, IL - 6, IFN - Y and IL - 4 in treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ：TCM treatulent based on syndrome differentiation may block the development of SIRS to MODS by controlling the process of early inflammatory response. It is eftective on severe sepsis patients.
