摘要
以量热式农残生物传感器为研究对象,借鉴免疫分析方法,进行竞争性抑制酶联反应在量热式农残生物传感器中的试验研究。结果表明,在甲胺磷浓度为0~0.004 mg.kg-1范围内,甲胺磷含量和放热量之间的线性较好,竞争性抑制酶联反应分析法测农药残留的最低检测限为0.0011 mg.kg-1,每次测定时间为20 min。
Drawing on immunoassay methods,the preliminary test of thermal biosensor was researched in the method of competitive inhibition of enzyme reactions.The results showed that,at concentration of 0-0.004 mg.kg-1 of methamidophos,there is good linearity between methamidophos content and heat release.The limit of detection of competitive inhibition of enzyme reactions method is 0.0011 mg.kg-1,and the measurement time is about 20 minutes.
