摘要
民族高校是以少数民族学生为主体,以为少数民族和民族地区服务为宗旨的普通高等院校。以北方民族大学材料科学与工程学院为例,分析了民族高校创新型人才培养中面临的问题,结合国家级实验示范中心建设,明确培养目标,改革培养模式,建设人文环境,积极引导学生参与科学研究和科技创新实践活动,提高学校创新人才的培养质量,同时为其他民族高校创新型人才的培养提供借鉴和帮助。
Universities for nationalities are the ordinary institutions of higher education which are based on minority students and aimed to serve the ethnic minorities and the development of their regions.Taking the Material Science and Engineering Department of Beifang University of Nationalities as an example,the problems faced in the training of innovation-in-science-and-technology talents,the construction of combining the state-level experimental demonstration centers,making clear about training objectives,reforming training modes,building of the human environment,and actively guiding students to participate in scientific research practices and technological innovation activities are analyzed to improve colleges＇ training quality of innovative talents,as well as to provide reference and help training of innovative talents to other colleges.
