摘要
目的:寻找中药饮片灭菌的新方法。方法:选取6种中成药制剂中的主要药味饮片,采用乙醇蒸气灭菌法对其进行灭菌,用饮片的卫生学指标变化评价灭菌效果。结果:灭菌后,细菌、霉菌、大肠菌群、控制菌数量较灭菌前明显减少。结论:采用中药乙醇蒸气灭菌法,能有效地杀灭饮片中的微生物,确保制剂中使用的中药饮片安全、有效,可作为中药饮片灭菌的新方法。
OBJECTIVE： To look for the new sterilization method of TCM decoction pieces. METHODS： Main decoction piec- es of 6 Chinese patent medicine preparations were collected and sterilized by ethanol vapor sterilization. The effects of sterilization were evaluated with hygiastic index of decoction pieces. RESULTS： After sterilization, the amounts of bacteria, mycete, coliform flora and controlled bacteria were reduced significantly. CONCLUSION： The ethanol vapor sterilization of TCM is an effective ster- ilization method for TCM decoction pieces and can ensure safe and effective use of TCM decoction pieces. It can be used for the new method of TCM.
