摘要
在当今国内合资品牌与众多小规模汽车企业并存的情况下,中国汽车行业的竞争日趋激烈,各企业竞争的除了自身的品牌价值之外,就是推出新产品的速度、质量及成本。而项目管理水平在新产品开发过程起了关键性的决定作用。任何一个项目的开展都离不开启动、规划、执行、监控、收尾五大过程,而如何将采购、质量、范围、风险等九大知识领域在五大过程有效结合,使其进度、质量、成本得以有效平衡,已成为项目管理的关键性问题。本文主要从项目管理五大过程,九大知识领域方面介绍项目管理在汽车开发领域的应用。
