摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在电子结肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法:将94例行电子结肠镜检查的患者随机分为试验组和对照组各47例,对照组予常规护理,试验组在此基础上加用舒适护理。比较两组患者在电子结肠镜检查中生命体征的变化及患者舒适度。结果:试验组患者舒适护理后的心率及血压变化明显低于自身干预前水平及同期的对照组水平(P<0.05);检查过程中试验组患者的舒适度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在电子结肠镜检查中应用舒适护理可有效减轻患者检查中心率及血压的波动,提高舒适度,使患者能顺利完成检查,明显改善了护理服务质量。
Objective： To discuss the application effect of comfortable nursing in electronic colonoscopy.Methods： 94 cases with electronic colonoscopy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 47 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing,the experimental group on the basis of using comfortable nursing.Comparison of two groups of patients in electronic colonoscopy examination of the changes in vital signs and examination of patient comfort evaluation.Results： The patients in the experimental group after the comfortable nursing of heart rate and blood pressure changes were significantly lower than those before intervention levels and their corresponding control group levels,inspection process in the experimental group patient comfort was significantly better than the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusions： In electronic colonoscopy examination of application of comfort nursing care can effectively reduce the screening of patients with heart rate and blood pressure fluctuations,improve comfort,so that patients can successfully complete examination,improve the quality of nursing service.
