摘要
为了解肥胖对儿童心理、行为方面的影响 ,选有代表性的 3所学校 ,选取 8～ 12岁儿童 32 7人 ,用身高标准体重法筛查出肥胖儿童 ,按 1∶1∶1的比例随机选出同年龄、同性别的超重儿童以正常儿童作对照组。测定方法采用Conner’s教师评定量表 ,进行现场答卷、测试。结果表明 :高年龄男生组儿童 ,在情绪障碍和社会合作能力方面有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,经均数间两两比较 ,正常组与肥胖组、超重组与肥胖组在情绪障碍方面存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。超重组与肥胖组、超重组与正常组在社会合作能力方面存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。
To analyze the effect of obesity on psychology and behavior of children,all 327 obese children were selected from Taoyuan,Wuyilu and Qingnianlu schools,and controled with normal children personality and behavior test was finished by using conner's teacher eveluation questionnair and EPQ findings.Results were that there was significant difference in emotion problem and social cooperation ability in highaged boys of them and significant difference between normal and obese, over weighted and obese group( P <0.05) in emotion problem.Their questionnair score was over weighted>nomal>obese group. There was significant difference between over weighted and obese,over weighted and normal group in social cooperation ability( P <0.05), and their questionnair score was over-weighted>normal>obese group.Conclusion: High-aged over-weighted boys have more psychology and behavior problems than obese boys.
