摘要 目的研究诺氟沙星眼用凝胶的制备和质量控制方法。方法以卡波姆-934、羟丙基甲基纤维素为载体制备诺氟沙星眼用凝胶,采用高效液相色谱法测定诺氟沙星眼用凝胶中诺氟沙星的含量。结果所制制剂为白色胶体,凝胶质量符合《中华人民共和国药典》(2010年版)眼用凝胶的质量要求。结论诺氟沙星眼用凝胶制备工艺简单、可行,质量控制方法可有效控制诺氟沙星眼用凝胶中诺氟沙星的含量,操作简便,结果准确。 Objective To study the preparation and quality control of norfloxacin ophthalmic gel. Methods Carbopol-934 and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose as matrix were used to make norfloxacin ophthalmic gel, the contents of norfloxacin in ophthalmic gel were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The preparations were white colloidal gel, and the quality of gel were satisfied the quality requirements of ophthalmic gel in " Pharmacopoeia of the People "s Re- public of China " (2010 edition). Conclusion The preparation process of norfloxacin ophthalmic gel is simple and feasible, and the method of quality control can effectively control the contents of norfloxacin in norfloxacin ophthalmic gel, it has a simply operation and accurate results.
