摘要
优化配置卫生资源是充分满足我国日益扩充、丰富的医疗救治需求,契合医疗卫生改革发展的重要工作,是创建和谐社会、提升大众身心健康水平的良好保证。因此本文就我国卫生资源如何优化配置,实践管理中包含的问题展开探讨,对创建契合国情的卫生资源服务体系,提升医疗卫生服务发展水平,创设显著效益有重要的实践意义。
The optimal allocation of health resources is the demand for fully satisfying our country＇s increasingly expanded and abundant medical treatment, is the important work of tallying with medical health reform and development, is the good guarantee to create harmonious society and increase public health level of body and mind. This paper carried out discussion on how to optimize configuration of health resources in China, and the existent problems in practice management, which has important practical significance for creating the health resources service system of tallying with national conditions, improving health service development level and creating significant benefits.
