摘要
在总结国内外河流系统和河流功能相关研究成果的基础上,提出了河流系统和河流功能的定义,并将河流功能界定为自然功能、生态环境功能、社会服务功能三大类。从河流生态功能、综合功能两个角度介绍了河流功能评价的内容,同时综述了河流功能评价的预测模型法和多指标评价法,并分析了其优缺点。针对目前河流功能评价理论与方法研究中存在的不足,建议从拓展和完善河流系统与河流功能的基本理论与概念、形成合理有效的河流功能评价方法等方面,进一步开展河流功能评价的研究,特别强调了多元统计法中的函数法是未来河流功能评价的方向。
Based on the summary of the previous studies of river system and river function, definitions of river system and river function were raised. River function could be divided into natural function, ecological function and social function. The research content of river function evalua- tion was introduced from the river ecological and comprehensive function aspects. The predicting models method and the multi-index evaluation method were summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation methodologies were analyzed. In order to improve the study of riv- er function evaluation, some aspects were highlighted, including developing basic theories of river system and river function and expanding evalua- tion methodology. The multivariate statistical methods were emphasized as the future developing direction.
