摘要
提高产品的加工效率一直是制造行业用来降低成本、提高企业竞争力的重要手段。介绍了实现高效加工的方法和措施,概述了数控组合机床的发展现状。提出了一种多工具联动控制机械加工技术,并基于这一技术,研发了单工位多工具和多工位多工具机械抛光机床,分别用于铝轮毂和不锈钢电水壶的抛光,并且目前已应用于企业实际生产。机床运行平稳可靠,在获得稳定的抛光表面质量的前提下,生产效率约提高了70%,此外对减少污染、改善工人工作环境等方面,起到重要的经济效益及社会效应。由此表明了多工具联动控制机械加工技术的可行性和实用性。
Improving the product machining efficiency is always an important method to lower the cost and improve the enterprise competitiveness in manufacturing industry.Efficient machining methods and measures were introduced,and the current situation of the development of the CNC modular machine was summarized.A kind of machining technology of multi-tools gang control was proposed,and based on this technology,a mechanical polishing machine with single-station multi-tool and multi-station multi-tool was developed,which was used to polish aluminum wheel and stainless steel electric kettle respectively.Now they are applied to the enterprises'actual production.The machine can work stably and reliably,and the processing efficiency was improved by 70% based on stable polishing quality with this method.Besides,it had important economic benefits and social effects in reducing the pollution and ameliorating peoples'work environment.This could show the feasibility and practicability of the machining technology of multi-tools gang control.
